Extremely disappointing experience from the very beginning. My appointment was scheduled several weeks in advance, yet I was contacted less than 24 hours beforehand and told the clinic had not received my X-rays and that my insurance would not cover the visit. I received no email or text confirmation, and the scheduler never explained that the appointment was only a consultation or what the process would entail. I then discovered that the clinic had been requesting my X-rays under the wrong name, “Barter” instead of Carter. A simple call to my dentist confirmed the error. Had this been addressed weeks ago, it could have easily been resolved. I was understandably frustrated to suddenly face a potential $250+ charge, including a fee to redo X-rays, after already paying for X-rays less than a month ago for this procedure.When I asked to speak with a manager after trying to resolve the issue with the schedulers three separate times, I was twice told “no” and refused the opportunity to speak with one. That is completely inappropriate when a patient is simply trying to resolve an issue. When I finally spoke with the manager, she answered the phone immediately defensive and dismissive,

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation through the surgery, everything was seamless and professional. The doctor and the entire team were caring, kind, and attentive. They took the time to explain every step of the process, including the pre- and post-operative instructions, which made us feel informed and at ease. We truly appreciated the outstanding care and highly recommend this practice.

Had my wisdom teeth removed at NOS and had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Foxson and crew! Everyone was very kind and efficient from consult, to post-op follow-up. Dr. Foxson even called post-surgery to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns - very much appreciate that level of professionalism and care! Healing was extremely quick, which I attribute a good portion of that to the team’s process. I had little to no pain, mainly just some discomfort on days 3-5ish, but no issues whatsoever and was even eating solid foods by day 3. Highly recommend this team!

I needed an extraction, and I opted for sedation, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly from start to finish. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire procedure. What really stood out was the attention to detail — they provided ice packs, lip balm, and thorough aftercare instructions to make recovery as easy as possible. Most importantly, I had little to no pain afterward, which truly exceeded my expectations. He even personally called to check on me after the procedure. That level of care and follow-up speaks volumes. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral sedation surgery. Flash forward, I had to get another extraction, but I couldn’t get into this office and he graciously has taken on the case to make sure that I heal correctly.
